Since 12 noon today I've been taking part in the PhotoBox 24Live event over on Facebook. Each hour they set a new photographic challenge and, within the hour, you take a photo to illustrate the theme (i.e. movie titles, unwind) and post the photo on their 24live app. It's really difficult to come up with an idea, set it up, shoot it and get it posted within an hour! Sadly some people obviously haven't read the rules or are choosing to ignore them. It's mostly pretty obvious which images have not been taken within the time given and Photobox do seem to be doing their best to disqualify them.
I have managed to do all 12 challenges so far. I almost lost the will to live with 'movie titles' and only just managed to post something up in time. Most of my photos are pretty bad (as in unoriginal!) but it's been fun taking part.
This is the photo I posted up for the 12th challenge 'Photo to warm your cockles'. A steaming mug of cocoa with a drop of brandy - for extra warmth! Not sure I'll manage to stay awake for the next 12.
Glad you had fun...just amazing to see how creative everyone is and the photos ranged from beautiful, to laugh out loud funny, to creative....it was a joy to watch them as they rolled in in there thousands!
Thanks again for getting involved. Hmmmm...I don't know what to do with myself now...more coffee and biccies (might copy our lovely photo idea) and then bed I guess :-(
