12 weeks!

Well, it's 12 weeks today since I broke my leg. Happy to report that I don't even think about using a crutch inside now and my ankle is loads better. It does still get swollen and probably will do for a while yet and it is a bit achey pretty much all the time which does get annoying sometimes :-( but I guess that will go in time.

I've been making good progress on my quilt. I started quilting the squares yesterday after much deliberation about what sort of thing to do. I settled on hearts as both the hedgehog and bird fabrics have got hearts on them. I'm going to use the same pattern on all the squares and hopefully by the time I've quilted all 42 of them I should be good at hearts!!
