On Monday we had a leisurely breakfast and then went to Portmeirion for the day. The weather was amazing again although it was quite breezy at times. It's a lovely place with loads of photo opportunities. I'd like to go back again next time we are in the area. It's definitely worth a visit. Lots of photos with this post even though I've been quite restrained! I took loads ;-)
The sky was ridiculously blue - no polariser required!
I even ate blue ice cream - the colour matched a lot of the paintwork very nicely!
We went for a walk along the coast and through the woods - where they have these money trees! Haha. We couldn't quite work out how people got the coins stuck so firmly into these trunks.
The little lake area was very pretty
After our walk we stopped off in one of the cafes and A was very happy to find they sold his favourite double-decker custard slices. Yum!
We then had another wander round before heading back to the campsite.
